Your Role. ​You will own client innovation engagements, setting a course for Digital Transformation of a client business. You will develop meaningful relationships and innovation strategies with C-level executives, and be responsible for the Client Success, while growing Red Dot as a whole. You will design, implement and test new products, services and business lines, to better serve the Client's needs.

You will be responsible for:

• Meeting with workshop sponsors to understand and stretch their goals towards impactful outcomes
  
  
• Designing engaging learning experiences tailored to different outcomes and audiences
  
  
• Facilitating hands-on workshops and sprints based on human-centered design, lean startup and agile methodologies
  
  
• Keeping up to date with industry trends, experiments, and case studies
  
  
• Coaching and growing other facilitators in the team
  
  
• Use facilitation as a way to listen deeply, build meaningful relationships, and support our client's challenges in transformation 
  
  

Qualification and Skills:

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree or Phd
  
  
• Your field: Preferably Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or other Academic Science, Social Science or Professional field
  
  
• You have at least 7 years' work experience

• You have had experience working in an innovation team, and are familiar with human-centered design, lean startup, or agile methodologies
  
  
• You have a good balance of technical understanding, and an understanding of key business and organisational drivers
  
  
• You can communicate a complex idea, to a layperson 
  
  
• You are a relentless learner
  
  
• You enjoy a challenge, and seek to embrace new contexts that you have not encountered before

Salary Range:
