Your Role. ​You will maintain high level of engagement with all our customers. You will be responsible to handle all administrative work to provide the best experiences to internal and external customers. 

  • To take charge of all administrative duties and HRDC/MQA Procedures - ​​​​​​writing, editing, printing, calling,  MQA  registration and approval, HRDC refunds, etc. You will need to act promptly and effectively for our company and our customers.

  • Managing our office/training venue and the bookings from clients -  book, arrange and confirm client meetings, draft minutes, and manage our sales pipeline. You will need to follow a good process that includes systematic followup.
​
  • To keep our books in order - preparing invoices and payments, performing bank reconciliations, keeping an eye on cashflow, following up on receivables, banks, insurance, and filing all statutory requirements.

  • To keep our lights on - taking care of all logistical needs (including procurement, printing etc.) to run all our client-facing activities, and to make sure we never run out of good refreshments in the office. 

  • To be thoughtful - Simplifying and automating your work to be more efficient and effective​.

Qualifications and skills
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in fields in any relevant field
  • 2 years of experience
  • Be fully computer literate
 
Career Prospects:
  • You will be on a fast-track to a Project Manager, or Associate Consultant, where you will be responsible for Client success. We do not set limits on your growth, meaning that your promotion comes as early as you want it!
