Your Role. ​You will own client innovation engagements, setting a course for transformation of a client business. You will develop meaningful relationships and innovation strategies with C-level executives, and be responsible for the Client Success, while growing Red Dot as a whole. You will design, implement and test new products, services and business lines, to better serve the Client's needs.

You will be responsible for:

• Acting as a trusted advisor and credible sounding board to our clients' executive stakeholders.
  
  

• Growing meaningful partnerships, anticipating their challenges in innovation, corporate culture and business, and developing successful innovation strategies at C-level.

 

• Leading strategic company-wide innovation and transformation programs

 

• Fuelling the growth of Red Dot (and own growth objectives) by developing business development strategies for new and existing business relationships

 

• Successfully identifying, conceptualising and creating new product-market combinations.

 

• Writing engagement proposals and high-level reports
  
  
• Organising and running consulting, innovation sprints, and employee training sessions
  
  
• Creating, maintaining and leveraging an extensive and relevant network, leading to a strategic advantage and business.

 

• Acting as a senior coach to more junior consultants

Qualification and Skills:

• You have a Bachelor's, Master's Degree or Phd
  
  
• Your field: Preferably Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or other Academic Science, Social Science or Professional field
  
  
• You have at least 7 years' work experience

• ​ You're powerful at Powerpoint, and excel at Excel
  
  
• You can communicate to executives, and also translate a complex idea to a layperson​​, in creole.

Salary Range:

• Rs 70,000+
