The type of person we're hiring: 
​You must love research, and ideally be in a PhD or research masters program in Economics, Psychology, or the Social Sciences. This is a role that will challenge you and give you exposure to trends and innovation in many industries. You will get trained by our consultants and grow your knowledge, network, and performance. 

No two days will be the same. You will be on your own sometimes, with the client sometimes, and mostly working with our consultants, performing a variety of interesting roles.

What you'll do:​

• Analyze and predict industry trends
  
  
• Write deep-dive original industry research reports, suitable for client distribution
  
  
• Build presentations and commission infographics, using data to illustrate trends
  
  
• Attend client meetings, and provide industry-related perspective
  
  
• Organize round-table meetings for industry leaders around particular topics of discussion

​Qualification and Skills:

You're serious about your work, and light-hearted about yourself.

• PhD preferred, Research masters degree acceptable
• Your field: preferably Mathematics, Economics, Psychology or other Academic social sciences
• You are published, are used to the peer review process, and can defend your arguments with data
• You have learned new things (recently) without being asked
• You have an ability to recognize patterns and derive insights
• You love reading
• You can relate current trends and events to global and local opportunities
