User Experience (UX) Designer

Your Role. ​We are looking for a UX designer who will be working closely with all our consultants. This is not a role for the faint-hearted - we take on projects to build new products and services that have the potential to disrupt entire industries. We are also relentless on achieving mastery, and you will get the opportunity to work with our teams in Singapore and Silicon Valley. In this role, you will need to think about design strategically, take on complex challenges, process lots of information quickly, to transform them into experiences that are intuitive and accessible:

  • You will join our client meetings to discover and understand the business requirements of our clients, as well as the emotional desires of our users, and the context in which these two come together. You will eventually be expected to conduct your own client workshops with all levels of the organization to guide them through this journey.

  • You will be constantly communicating through sketching, illustrating concepts, and creating compelling mockups and decks that are visually exciting, bringing your vision to life in a way that feels inspired and refined.

  • You will define the experiences we create, by methodically understanding user needs, breaking down complex tasks and flows, and structuring the product experience by mapping out wireframes, user flows, storyboards, sitemaps, and prototypes.

  • During the development sprints, you will work closely with our strategy and technology teams in Singapore to ensure that design requirements are achieved.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of user experience expertise, heavily weighted on human-centered interaction design and prototyping.

  • A strong methodical design process, with current knowledge of visual and interaction design principles and methods, particularly as applied to web and mobile applications.

  • Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as AdobeCC, InVision, Marvel, Framer etc.. with your pulse with new emerging technologies.

  • Demonstrable strategic thinking and leadership on past client projects.

  • Bonus: Front-end development. You fundamentally know how websites and mobile apps are built, and love working collaboratively with developers to realize your ideas. HTML, CSS, jQuery experience is a plus.

  • You have excellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills.

  • You thrive in a startup environment, are solution-oriented, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves.​

Salary Range:
  • Rs 30,000 - Rs 150,000​
