The type of person we're hiring: 

We are looking for an intern who will be reporting to the Managing Director, and working closely with the whole team. Your day-to-day activities will span administrative duties, research, and customer communication. You will be able to do the role full-time or part time (minimum 10 hours/week) if you are a student. A good command of written and spoken English and French are necessary.

What you'll do:​

• To take charge of some administrative duties - writing, editing, printing, calling, getting quotations, MQA registration and approval, HRDC refunds, etc. You will need to be organized, and act promptly and effectively for our company and our customers.
  
  
• To support business development - booking, arranging and confirming client meetings, draft minutes, and managing our sales pipeline. You will need to follow a good process that includes systematic followup.
  
  
• To assist in our media and marketing efforts - producing marketing collateral, posting on social media, organizing local community meetups and calls with global experts. You will need to write well, maintain a good calendar, and interact with prospects in a timely way.
  
  
• To participate in our training and consulting projects - If you can manage and slay all of the above, you will also get a chance to join us and support some of our exciting projects, taking part in brain-storming, helping with research, facilitation and more.

• You are a confident and well-rounded communicator, highly fluent in English and French
  
  
• In the absence of instructions, you ask the right questions and use your intuition
  
  
• You are not satisfied with being average, and want to be trained to perform at a world-class level
  
  
• BONUS! You have a keen eye for design and can create beautiful brochures, compelling slides, and inspired social media posts

Internship Stipend:

• Rs 2,500 - Rs 7,000 per month
